Start to finish was easy and professional. I uploaded my logo, picked a hat and then received my proof to approve right away. Placed my order but I was never wondering when my new hats would arrive as I was notified of production and shipping. Hats are perfect and I’m happy. Ill order again. The wide selection of hats is awesome and the inclusion of art setup and shipping with 12+ hats was great! It took a few revisions of the final design, but you guys nailed it in the end! I also appreciate the selection of thread color to accent the hat color (when my original choice would have been a washout) I liked that each step of the way was communicated with me. The front of the Hat came out awsome and exactly as planned, the back however is much smaller than expected and not visible. Over all great experience, quick turn around and great people to deal with
